Content:
World History will present both chronological and narrative views of the major civilizations of man. The course will explore history from the movements of early humans toward civilization to the problems that we face in the world today.
Expectations:
- Come to class on time, and be prepared to learn.
- Use appropriate behavior, every person has the right to learn.
- Complete all homework and projects on time.
- Participate in class discussions.
Skills Taught:
- The ability to relate the importance of knowledge about the workings of history and its impact on daily lives past and present.
- Use of Unit Organizer/T=Graphs/Remote learning.
- Summarize of text information.
- Ability to gather research information for power point/term paper.
